lxcxjxhx 2a066be892 fix: replace bare except with except Exception 
Bare except clauses catch all exceptions including SystemExit and
KeyboardInterrupt. Replace with except Exception in image validation
functions (tfcv.py, pytorchcv.py) for ConvNets and TransferLearning.
