fix(i18n): migrate legacy 'pt' locale key to 'pt-br' 

Users who previously selected Portuguese have 'pt' stored in localStorage.
Without this guard, they would silently fall back to Chinese after the
'pt' key was replaced by 'pt-br'/'pt-pt'.
