Replace DEMO_PASSWORD/SECRET_KEY with JWT_SECRET_KEY, ADMIN_EMAIL, ADMIN_PASSWORD, and optional ACS (Azure Communication Services) vars across config.sh.example, container-app.bicep, and 2-build-deploy.sh.
