williamtang5354 52f72102df fix(deps): remove stale peer flags from frontend package-lock.json ... Re-generated package-lock.json with npm install to drop spurious `"peer": true` entries on d3-selection, vite, and vue that were left over from an older lockfile. No dependency versions changed.
