Ken Sanislo 0cc3b01aec Fix Centurion protocol version display (1.16 not 2.6) ... The HID++ ping math (major + minor/10.0) produced a bogus "2.6" for Centurion devices whose ProtocolCapabilities returns major=1, minor=0x10.
