Eight bite-sized TDD tasks: extract-logic.py + extract-nav-graph.py
(scripts + fixtures + tests), three new rubrics, contract/build-spec/
unity-guide updates, SKILL Phase 7 trigger + Phase 8 fidelity pass,
smoke-structure registration. Derived from the fidelity-pass spec.
