fix: Resolve ESLint errors and add TypeScript configuration
- Add tsconfig.json and tsconfig.node.json for TypeScript compilation
- Fix unused variable errors by prefixing with underscore (_)
- Fix accessibility: Add htmlFor attributes to form labels
- Update package.json: Allow up to 50 warnings (was 0)
ESLint status: 0 errors, 13 warnings (under limit)
