tables, and produces a findings report plus a proposed diff. SKILL.md
gains the subcommand row, a cross-reference from migrate, carve-outs in
the provider check and language detection for the non-interactive
contract, and a reading-guide entry. model-migration.md points at the
audit from its prompt-behavior section.
