## Archived Sprints

## Creating a New Sprint

1. Copy `SPRINT_TEMPLATE.md` to a new file:
   ```
   SPRINT-YYYY-MM-DD-brief-description.md
   ```

2. Fill in all required sections

3. Add to the Active Sprints table above

4. After completion, move to `archive/` after 7 days
