TheArchitectit 29d2df2f96 fix(tui): keep /permissions in TUI, populate Ctrl+K palette with slash commands ... - run_tui_repl now treats handle_repl_command's return as a persist hint, not an exit signal, so /permissions re-enters the TUI instead of returning to the CLI screen. - Added Action::RunSlashCommand(idx) and wired it in both component and legacy TUI dispatch paths. - Command palette now includes every registered slash command so users can discover and run /permissions, /theme, /model, etc. from Ctrl+K. - Updated palette filter test to account for the new slash entries.
