bellman d4aad7103e fix: add actionable auth hint to 401/403 API errors (#28) ... 401 and 403 errors now include a hint explaining which env vars to check for each provider (OPENAI_API_KEY, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, etc.) and suggesting claw doctor for credential verification.
