feat(core): synchronize RobdoeDeepSeekN inference engine & deterministic Merkle proof 

- Integrated src/robdoe_deepseek_n.ps1 with thermal evaluation core
- Generated recursive SHA-256 Merkle root seal [EB72EC11E24B2BAFF40A58F842E4015135910A6FFED29925B9DCEE48F5377D06]
- Updated BUILD_SEALED_MANIFEST.json with airgapped attestation footprint
- Verified append-only state absorption with zero history loss
