fix(setup): use .exe suffix for BROWSE_BIN on Windows
When IS_WINDOWS=1, the browse binary is compiled by bun as browse/dist/browse.exe, but BROWSE_BIN defaults to the suffix-less path, so the post-build verification cannot find the binary and setup fails on every fresh install / upgrade. Override BROWSE_BIN to the .exe path when IS_WINDOWS=1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
