fix(setup-gbrain): correct stale bin invocation paths in SKILL.md.tmpl

gstack-memory-ingest and gstack-gbrain-sync are .ts files with no
package.json bin alias, so the bare-name form used in 4 places (the
probe/bulk/full/incremental invocations) fails with "No such file or
directory". Corrected to bun run <path>.ts, matching the orchestrator's
own internal invocation and setup-gbrain/memory.md's already-correct
example. Fixes #2393, #2250.
