Hunter Wittenborn	ee6138040b	docs: update README for marketplace install ... Replace git clone + setup instructions with /plugin marketplace commands. Update troubleshooting, upgrading, and uninstalling sections to use the plugin system. Note that auto-update is off by default for third-party marketplaces and how to enable it.
