Garry Tan	5107d6a300	fix: regenerate Codex skills after investigate rename merge ... Remove stale gstack-debug, add gstack-investigate, regenerate all Codex skills to pick up changes merged from main (investigate rename, platform-agnostic templates, review helpers).
