$B connect (default): headed Chromium + extension with Activity + Refs tabs only. No separate agent spawned. Clean, no confusion. $B connect --chat: same + Chat tab with standalone claude -p agent. Shows experimental banner: "Standalone mode — this is a separate agent from your workspace."
