/office-hours writes design docs to ~/.gstack/projects/$SLUG/ but /ship and /review only searched ~/.claude/plans, ~/.codex/plans, and .gstack/plans. Add the project-scoped directory as the first search location so plan validation finds design docs created by the standard workflow.
