Fork's wedged-daemon fixture: first /command connection drops, daemon PID stays alive. Pins the whole contract — CLI retries the same daemon instance without a kill, state file untouched, no restart, exactly two command requests. Message-text assertion adapted: our CLI retries silently at the probe layer where the fork announces on stderr; the behavior, not the message, is the invariant.
