Rewrite generateAdversarialStep() to remove LOC-based tier skipping. Every review now runs both Claude adversarial subagent and Codex adversarial challenge. OLD_CFG only gates Codex passes, not Claude. Add generateScopeDrift() shared resolver. Fix cross-model tension AskUserQuestion to include RECOMMENDATION + Completeness. |
