Garry Tan 9dcf4f0569 fix(ci): free-tests step runs under bash (container sh rejects pipefail) ... Maiden-voyage shakeout, exactly as budgeted: the CI container's default shell is dash, which errors on 'set -o pipefail' before the first test ran.
