New scripts/host-config.ts defines the typed HostConfig interface that captures all per-host variation: paths, frontmatter rules, path/tool rewrites, suppressed resolvers, runtime root symlinks, install strategy, and behavioral config (co-author trailer, learnings mode, boundary instruction).
