Remove $B record / repro.webm advertising (browse has no recorder yet). Document flat-default vs --evidence-per-finding nested layout, deterministic collision handling (no silent overwrite; sequential NNN and -2/-3 suffixes), and missing/unreadable asset rules (report and continue; never invent files). Add focused contract tests for both /qa and /qa-only. |
