Garry Tan bc3ca4b786 feat: ngrok tunnel integration + @ngrok/ngrok dependency ... BROWSE_TUNNEL=1 env var starts an ngrok tunnel after Bun.serve(). Reads NGROK_AUTHTOKEN from env or ~/.gstack/ngrok.env. Reads NGROK_DOMAIN for dedicated domain (stable URL). Updates state file with tunnel URL.
