Add realpathSync to validateOutputPath in meta-commands.ts to catch symlink-based directory escapes in screenshot, pdf, and responsive commands. Resolves SAFE_DIRECTORIES through realpathSync to handle macOS /tmp -> /private/tmp symlinks. Existing path validation tests pass with the hardened implementation.
