Teknium c4f5a45d5d fix(gateway): tolerate bare GatewayRunner instances in the ignored-channel guard ... Gateway tests construct GatewayRunner via object.__new__ without __init__; the new #51899 guard accessed self.config directly and crashed those runners (AttributeError).
