Teknium review on #62947: os.environ.clear()/update around deferred loaders is unsafe under concurrency and misses teams_pipeline's direct adapter import. Defer microsoft_teams binding in the Teams adapter, no-op dotenv.load_dotenv while the SDK imports, keep api_server explicit disable, and add SDK-import + load_gateway_config canaries. Fixes #62935 |
