Add mail-security-auditor and sshd-hardening-auditor 

Two zero-dependency Python CLI tools from Errant Solutions:
- mail-security-auditor (Mail section): audits SPF/DKIM/DMARC posture for a domain
- sshd-hardening-auditor (Auditing Tools section): checks sshd_config against CIS best practices

Both free/pay-what-you-want, no external dependencies beyond Python stdlib.
