Add net-benchmark to Network (DNS) 

Add net-benchmark to the Network (DNS) section.

net-benchmark is a DNS/HTTP/SSL benchmarking CLI supporting DoH, DoT, DNSSEC
validation, TLS timing, resolver fingerprinting, and detailed performance analysis.
