Jeremy Stretch	5b20197e97	Drop support for deprecated Sentry config parameters (closes #21883 ) Removes SENTRY_DSN, SENTRY_SAMPLE_RATE, SENTRY_SEND_DEFAULT_PII, and SENTRY_TRACES_SAMPLE_RATE.
