Normalize RQ timeout values before validating global and per-webhook timeouts, including duration strings and RQ's default and unlimited values. Improve timeout logging and visibility in the UI and documentation, raise the default webhook timeout to 60 seconds, and add coverage for the new validation and filtering behavior. |
