Fix crash due to incorrect alignment when building Eigen with AVX extensions
...
Consequentially, we now use 32-byte alignment when building with eigen if __AVX__ is set.

Increase default alignment to 2x word size, make DeletedBufferChain allocations more efficient
...
NB. NeverFreeMemory no longer performs alignment.
This fixes the Bullet crash on Win64. Need to check Win32.
