rdb 18874fa151 Replace PN_int/uint types with stdint.h types, since all compilers we support have them. 
Plus, we already had code that relied on them being available anyway.

Michael Wass 1c2c60acba Removed a nonexistent import from GridChild 
This import is nonexistent and has no calls to it. The purpose it serves right now is causing an ImportError :P.
