interrogate: more improvements to seq/map wrappers
...
Gets rid of properties defined as both MAKE_SEQ_PROPERTY/MAKE_MAP_PROPERTY, which are just a bad idea. Instead, adds a way for map properties to define a separate "keys" interface.
