* Parse variadic templates
 * Add (incomplete) type_traits support

 * Allow invoking extensions with references

rdb 11ed8a4d8d Use dynamic type lookup for interrogate to eliminate inter-module dependencies 
It is now no longer necessary to link to core.pyd
Also includes a slight coercion optimization for trivial types
