chore: retrigger PR checks after fixing PR description body

The PR description was previously set to the literal string
'@/tmp/pr_body.md' due to a gh CLI invocation error (should have used
--body-file), which caused the commitperclip PR review bot to report
all required sections as missing. The description has been corrected
via 'gh pr edit --body-file' to include the full Thinking Path, Linked
Issue Description, What Changed, Verification, Risks, and Model Used
sections per the PR template. This empty commit retriggers CI/bot
checks against the corrected description.
