feat(ui): apply shadcn preset b1VlJj4S as token values only 

--radius 0 -> 0.45rem, monochrome chart ramp, refined dark surfaces
(alpha borders/input, lighter primary, softer destructive, elevated
sidebar), derived 2xl/3xl/4xl radii, base-layer outline-ring default.
Scaffolding churn reverted: utils.ts gutting, components.json restyle,
fontsource/phosphor/shadcn-css/tw-animate deps (local Inter kept).
