Handle child stdin EPIPE without losing the authoritative exit result. Verify the existing preview database upgrade and refresh the dedicated runner lock. Dotta	4cc2028fbc	test: preserve work-folder state through historical upgrades Apply the exact published preview migration history to an empty PostgreSQL database before upgrading. Preserve task and provider identities, file and trash references, pending sync operations, repository checkpoints, and the original journal.
