When on the Company step (step 1), the form takes up the left half with
ASCII art on the right. Switching to Agent or any other step smoothly
animates the form to full width while fading out the ASCII art panel.

Non-yolo modes don't expose it at all, making Paperclip API calls

The paperclip button in comments uploaded images to the issue-level
attachment section but didn't insert a markdown image reference into
the comment body. Now it uses the imageUploadHandler to get the URL
and appends an inline image to the comment text.

After onboarding, the wizard navigated to the newly created issue
(e.g. /JAR/issues/JAR-1). useCompanyPageMemory then saved this path,
causing every subsequent company switch to land on that stale issue
instead of the dashboard.
Remove the issue-specific navigation branch so handleLaunch always
falls through to the dashboard route.

Agents run unattended and cannot respond to interactive permission
prompts from Claude Code. When dangerouslySkipPermissions is false
(the previous default), Claude Code blocks file operations with
"Claude requested permissions to write to /path, but you haven't
granted it yet" — making agents unable to edit files.
The OnboardingWizard already sets this to true for claude_local
agents (OnboardingWizard.tsx:277), but agents created or edited
outside the wizard inherit the default of false, breaking them.

Removed the scroll-to-bottom button from IssuesList (wrong location)
and created a shared ScrollToBottom component. Added it to IssueDetail

The dark-mode --destructive color was too dim (lightness 0.396) to read
against dark backgrounds. Bumped to 0.637 lightness with higher chroma
so error text is clearly visible. Set --destructive-foreground to white
for contrast on destructive button backgrounds.

The cache-first strategy for static assets was causing pages to serve

setSearchParams from React Router triggers router state updates that cause

Radix Dialog wraps content in react-remove-scroll, which blocks wheel

Radix Dialog's modal DismissableLayer calls preventDefault() on pointerdown
events originating outside the Dialog DOM tree. Popover portals render at the
body level (outside the Dialog), so touch events on popover content were
treated as 'outside' — killing scroll gesture recognition on mobile.
Fix: add onPointerDownOutside to NewIssueDialog's DialogContent that detects
events from Radix popper wrappers and calls event.preventDefault() on the
Radix event (not the native event), which skips the Dialog's native
preventDefault and restores touch scrolling.
Also cleans up previous CSS-only workarounds (-webkit-overflow-scrolling,
touch-pan-y on individual buttons) that couldn't override JS preventDefault.
Adds service worker with network-first navigation (SPA fallback) and
cache-first static assets. Enhances web manifest with start_url, scope,
id, description, orientation, and maskable icon entry.

Previously, sorting was skipped when a search query was active, so
search results were only ordered by backend relevance ranking.
Now client-side sorting applies to search results too.

Radix's DialogOverlay wraps content in RemoveScroll, which blocks wheel
events on elements not registered as DialogPrimitive.Content. Since the
onboarding wizard uses a custom layout (not DialogContent), scroll events
on the form container were being swallowed. Replacing with a plain div
preserves the background appearance without the scroll-locking behavior.

The inner content wrapper in the onboarding form used flex-shrink default (1),
causing it to compress instead of overflowing the scroll container. Adding
shrink-0 prevents flex compression and lets overflow-y-auto work correctly.

The description textarea in onboarding step 3 couldn't scroll and was too
short for the default content. Added auto-grow behavior that resizes from

When an issue has an active running run, the same run was appearing both

The parent query for agent detail uses routeAgentRef (URL key like
"claudecoder") in its cache key, but ConfigurationTab and rollbackConfig
only invalidated by agent.id (UUID). This meant the refetch never fired
when navigating by URL key, so the dirty overlay was never cleared and the
save button stayed visible indefinitely.
Add urlKey-based invalidation to match the pattern already used by other
mutations in the parent component.

MarkdownEditor's plugins useMemo depended on imageUploadHandler, which
was a new arrow function on every parent render. This caused MDXEditor
to reinitialize plugins on each render, firing onChange, which updated
the overlay state in AgentConfigForm, triggering a parent re-render —
creating an infinite "Maximum update depth exceeded" loop.
Fix: use a stable ref for imageUploadHandler so plugins are only created
once (keyed on whether a handler exists, not its identity). Also use a
module-level empty object for env config fallback to avoid unnecessary
EnvVarEditor re-renders.

Override Tailwind Typography's hardcoded code block colors with app theme
variables so fenced code blocks (```) render consistently between the

Eagerly read file data into memory via arrayBuffer() before constructing
FormData for the upload fetch. Clipboard-paste File objects from the MDX
editor reference transient browser data that may be discarded after the
paste event handler returns; streaming that stale reference in the fetch
body causes net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED. Reading into an ArrayBuffer first
makes the FormData self-contained.
Also suppress the Radix UI "Missing Description" console warning on the
NewIssueDialog by setting aria-describedby={undefined}.

The orderedIds state was initialized at mount time when companies was
still an empty array (React Query hadn't resolved yet). When companies
data arrived, orderedIds remained empty so the sidebar fell back to
API-returned order, ignoring the user's saved drag order.
Add a useEffect that re-derives orderedIds from localStorage whenever
the companies array changes, ensuring the user's custom sort order
persists across data refetches and live update invalidations.

The description area in the non-expanded NewIssueDialog could grow
unboundedly, pushing the property chips and footer off-screen. Now

After tab-completing a mention, the cursor was placed before the
completion instead of after it. The root cause: Lexical's DOM
reconciliation after document.execCommand("insertText") would lose
the browser-set cursor position. Added requestAnimationFrame-based
cursor repositioning that first tries the original text node, then
falls back to searching for the mention text in the DOM.
Also normalizes editor content padding for consistent mention dropdown
positioning.

The old approach used document.execCommand("insertText") to directly
manipulate the contentEditable DOM, but MDXEditor (Lexical) reverted
these changes during reconciliation causing the "blink" bug.
Fix: work at the markdown string level instead — find the @query in
the markdown, replace it with @Name, and update via setMarkdown().
Also add an input event listener alongside selectionchange for more
reliable mention detection (fixes space-to-dismiss).

Server: the /companies/:companyId/live-runs endpoint now returns
issueId extracted from contextSnapshot, so the UI can match runs

Shared primitives (Field, ToggleField, ToggleWithNumber, CollapsibleSection,
DraftInput, DraftTextarea, DraftNumberInput, HintIcon, help text, adapterLabels,
roleLabels) extracted into agent-config-primitives.tsx.
AgentConfigForm is a dual-mode form supporting both create (controlled values)
and edit (save-on-blur per field) modes, used by NewAgentDialog and AgentDetail.
