These scripts bootstrap machines that may have no internet access, so a
regression in artifact mode is expensive to discover in the field. Run
bash -n over every install script, shellcheck at error level across all of
them and at warning level over the offline tooling, and the artifact-mode
regression suite, on pushes and PRs that touch install/.
