John Cortright d365ed6160 fix(kb): purge qdrant points when a zim is deleted (#1170) ... delete() removed the file, the kiwix library entry, and the InstalledResource row, but never touched Qdrant or KbIngestState. A deleted ZIM kept surfacing as a search citation indefinitely. The sync sweep added in the previous commit would eventually catch these too, but no reason to wait for the next sync when we already know exactly what needs cleaning up right here.		2026-08-14 15:24:43 -07:00
