Fix running tests with -n auto, enable it on CI (#7257) 
* Make test_start_deprecated_super() more robust.

* Work around the FTPFilesStore.FTP_* initialization.

* Enable xdist on CI.

* Add PYTEST_ADDOPTS to tox passenv.
