Asyncio support proof of concept

Brief explanation The `asyncio`_ library provides infrastructure for writing single-threaded concurrent code using coroutines, multiplexing I/O access over sockets and other resources, running network clients and servers, and other related primitives. We are looking to see how it fits into Scrapy architecture.
Expected results A simple proof of concept of an asyncio based Scrapy
