docs(contributing): add v0.47.0 test-file entries 

Backfill the test-file table for v0.47.0 (test_v0470_part_a.py +
test_v0470_part_b.py). The full per-release table lives in
.claude/CLAUDE.md; this file keeps a curated subset.

Docs-only — no version bump required.
