Alpamys	ea8f785b50	feat: add synth data gen pro with multi-provider, templates, quality pipeline (v0.20.0) ... New providers: Ollama (localhost-only), Anthropic Claude (env-only API key), vLLM (SSRF-protected). Domain templates: code, conversation, qa, preference, reasoning. Quality pipeline: --validate, --filter, --dedup, --quality-pipeline. 84 new tests, 1669 total.
