Reduce deploy webhook retries to 3 attempts with longer waits so a slow Coolify rebuild can finish before giving up. - Attempt 1 → fail → wait 10 min - Attempt 2 → fail → wait 20 min - Attempt 3 → fail → give up Total window ~30 min (was 10 attempts / ~7 min).
