Víctor Falcón 3126f1763f refactor(ai): extract the categorization backfill loop into AiCategorizer ... Both backfill jobs duplicated the uncategorized-selection query and chunk loop. Add a Transaction::scopePendingAiCategorization scope (single source of truth for the uncategorized+plaintext predicate) and an AiCategorizer::backfill(user, onProgress) that owns the snapshot/order/chunk loop.
