Víctor Falcón d1e3832e01 fix(banking): match external ids case-insensitively in dedup ... The old exists() probe compared external_transaction_id under the production utf8mb4_unicode_ci collation, so a legacy id stored as 'ABC' deduped an incoming 'abc'. The in-memory isset() lookup is byte-exact, which — with no unique index on external_transaction_id — would silently double-import such a transaction. Normalize the external id with mb_strtolower on both sides to preserve the case-insensitive semantics.		2026-07-02 15:18:03 +02:00
