docs: fix 404 links for beginner-friendly AI examples 
The example table in examples/README.md used repo-relative paths that 404
when the README is viewed outside the examples/ directory (e.g. from the
issue or the repo root). Point them at absolute GitHub blob URLs so they
resolve everywhere.
