Rules:

• Name: plain text, consistent capitalization
• Vendor/Webpage: official site or — (primarily GitHub-based)
• GitHub Repo: shortened owner/repo link
• Brief Description: 1 sentence, <120 chars, ends with period
• Tags: [comma, separated, lowercase], 4–8 max, include functional + interface + scope + lang if relevant
• Latest Commit: YYYY-MM-DD or ~Month YYYY (with optional note)
